We ship in increments of 3, 6 or 12 bottles. Shipping fees are based on what is paid to Common Carrier plus packaging material.

  • WINES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO A PERSON WHO IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom the wine will be delivered is also 21 years or older. At the time of delivery, all shipments containing alcohol require the signature of an adult who must show identification proving he or she is at least 21 years old. Since an adult signature is required at time of delivery, shipping to a business address is strongly recommended, shipping fees include a charge from UPS of $2.75 to cover this service.
  • We make no representation as to the rights of anyone to import wine into any state outside of California. All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order.
  • Although our online list is maintained frequently, there are situations that a vintage, availability, and/or price may change. Should this happen, we will communicate with you by e-mail before your order is processed.
